OK, it is the first day of my clenbuterol cycle and I am feeling both quite nervous and curious at the same time. I have been asked to do this by a friend of mine as a bit of an experiment. This blog entry is personal to me and I aim to report as much as possible about m,y clenbuterol experience.
I am going to get a photograph of my body done daily to see if there are any visible results. The first one will be added later today.
We all know that everybody reacts differently when taking different medications, and while the results achieved by professional athletes on clenbuterol is quite well documented, and the results for fat people trying to lose weight is also well documented but my body takes a very different shape from these two groups.
I am thin and flabby. Yes, you are reading that correctly. These are my stats (if you are suffering from a weight problem and are easily disturbed, please look away now!)
Height: 6ft 3 inches (187cm)
Weight: 80 kg (12 and a half Stone)
Age: 30
So, now I know what you are thinking. Looking at my stats, you would think that I was quite fit and healthy. The truth however, is not quite so flattering. While I am moderately thin (my minimum weight for height and age should be 85 kg, so I am actually under weight) my body is made up of fat. I don't exercise whatsoever. I drive everywhere, never walk, drink beer a lot, and while I don't eat a lot, I never eat healthily. That means I never eat vegetables (ok, maybe once a month) and I never eat fresh fruit. I don't know what my cholesterol levels are but I am guessing that they aren't good.
On top of all this, I am a desk jockey. I work as an accountant, and work mostly from home. Sitting at a computer most of the time, the only parts of my body that get any workout at all are my fingers. Sad isn't it.
So, now to what I hope to achieve while taking a 3 week clenbuterol cycle. I don't expect to lose any weight. And in fact I am really hoping not to. In fact, I actually expect to gain weight.
For those of you that are trying to lose weight on clenbuterol, I would like to point out at this point that clenbuterol is great for fat loss. However it is also great at increasing muscle mass in the body. Muscle mass weighs more than fat so while my weight may go up, I will look slimmer (hopefully that means I will lose my beer belly) and I will be more healthy. Clenbuterol is not a steroid, but it does work in similar way.
I took my first tablet today. Following the dosage guidelines on this site, I have started with a single dose of 40 mcg this morning. I will take the same tomorrow. I took the dose about 1 hour ago and I can already starting to feel the effects.
I don't feel that shaky, but I can see my fingers trembling. Other than that I feel fine though typing is getting harder. My pulse rate is also within normal limits.
I am a bit worried about cramping. Clenbuterol can cause cramping is some people and because I am quite unfit, I expect to experience them. I know I can avoid cramping by increasing my potassium levels but to start with I am just going to see if I actually get cramps or not.

a quick look at your statistics, tells us that you are at a perfectly healthy weight for your height
When we say you are perfectly healthy weight wise, we mean that you really are at perfect weight for which you can be healthy, and if you were to lose more weight, it would not be healthy to do so.
If you have any further questions or queries, especially if they are more of a personal nature, please send us an e-mail directly.

hello Venesha, the question is quite a common one, so I have just added onto the outside a chart which details the ideal height to weight ratio, and this should answer your question. For more information please visit:
