This was the first time I used Clenbuterol and wanted to take it a little slow, so no huge doses obviously. The dose was taken on the morning, between 1-2h before the walk.  And of course, I also had the right quantities of potassium and taurine.

Edit2: Further information on request:

I have already used  ECA and had decent results, but in all honesty it felt at times as a placebo, and unfortunately I had some difficulty sleeping even though I took it early in the day. I'm fairly sensitive to stimulants of various kinds, I have noticed.

With Clenbuterol it was quite another story, sure there were side effects of the milder sort, I had not known anything so of course it had brought suspicion. I had no trouble sleeping. Here is a log I brought over the side effects that I totally forgot to attach.

Day 1: indigestion
Day 2: gassy, very mild tremor
Day 3: mild muscle cramps in the feet and calves as well as neck, slightly more intense tremors.
Day 4: tremors were unchanged, slight headache
I increased my water intake is now 6-8 liters, and increased the potassium intake
Day 6: Headache gone, tremors related to unwinding after workouts
Day 7: Rough cramps trapezius
Day 8: Cramp gone, mostly free of side effects
Day 9-14: Mild muscle cramps 24-48h after training in the muscle / are activated, a mild headache at the water negligence, otherwise all right.

As the experience in strength training with preparation of the body, I noticed no major difference, and the feeling that the pump became more prominent as I got on me for a while may well have been imaginative.

Final comment: I'm happy! very happy, and actually started my second cycle of treatment on the 25th April. Cure referred to in this report took place between the 15th-May 30th
