PLEASE NOTE: If you have made an order and have any questions about your purchase please contact us and not our credit card processors as they do not deal with delivery or product related questions and they will then refer you back to us to answer any questions you may have.

What destinations do you ship your products to?
All products are shipped worldwide.
Shipping Process:
Once payment is received your order will be processed and the product will be packaged (discretely) , this usually takes 2 days and then it is shipped via a reliable transport company of our choice (usually EMS known as USPS) always with a tracking number so you can track it. We pride ourselves on reliability and honesty in delivering our products. (Please note: always check your junk or bulk mail during the shipping process as sometimes the updates we provide by email end up in either of the 2.)
Is there a guarantee of delivery?
YES! We provide insurance on all orders. As long as you have provided correct shipping information, we guarantee deliverys to all countries worldwide or your money back.
To ensure the delivery of your product, we pack all of our products discreetly and none of the packages that we ship have our company name on them or any other information that would cause suspicion or identify the products packed within as being pharmaceutical products.
All of our products are packed with the utmost care to ensure that no breakages’ occur and the quality of your order is not compromised. If your order is of a size that may cause suspicion, we will pack and send your products in separate packages….and will incur the extra cost ourselves (you need not pay for the extra shipping cost involved). Please note, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary prescriptions needed to receive your product. As most of our customers do not have the required prescription, we re-pack your order under strict hygiene protocols to ensure that you product is not seized by Customs Officials.
We guarantee delivery. We send our products by EMS (USPS) so we will give you tracking numbers once your product has been dispatched.
Where will my product(s) be shipped from?
We ship from different countries, depending on where you want your order to be delivered to, to ensure the efficient delivery of your product.
How long does it take for me to get my product(s)?
Your product will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment. Once your products have been dispatched we will notify you of the approximate time frame in which you can expect to receive your product(s). Due to many different obvious factors such as shipping destination, postal service efficiency and international transit, we can not give you an exact delivery date. Current estimated shipping times are:
USA: 4 - 7 Working days after dispatch date. (max. 14 days)
Europe: 3 - 7 Working days after dispatch date. (max. 14 days)
Canada: 7-14 Working days after dispatch date. (max 28 days)
Do I need to sign upon receipt of order?
A signature is required for UPS parcels. If you would rather not have to sign for your order let us know by placing this information in the extra comments box when making your order.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries worldwide.
What do I do if I do not receive my order?
While it is unlikely, if you do not receive your order within 14 working days from the expected delivery date (which we will notify you of upon dispatch), please contact us via the “Contact Us” page. We will re-send your order to you.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes we can.
Can you ship to Army APO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship your product(s) to Army Post Office (APO) boxes. Your order is counted as delivered as soon as it arrives at the APO. We can not guarantee delivery further than that but we do have a 100% success rate. The need for signature is waived.
Do you accept Credit Cards and/or E-Checks?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diners and JBC.
We also accept E-Checks.
Can I get a refund?
If your product has not yet been dispatched you can apply for a refund by sending us an email. Please note all refunds are liable to a 15% administration fee.
If your product has been dispatched we can not offer refunds unless of course your product has been seized by customs officials (see above for delivery guarantee).
Please note we do not accept returns on pharmaceutical products.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship by UPS and EMS. We charge $30 per item. Please note that this includes delivery insurance.
